David Laiderman
David Laiderman is an experienced entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience operating technology companies. He co-founded his first company in college called YNot Advertising “Lionmenus.com” that was funded by Steve Case and rebranded to Orderup in 2014 (and then acquired by Groupon, Inc. in July 2014).
In 2010, David founded College Advertising Solutions where he build a footprint of college town based food ordering websites, layered with a proprietary hyper local advertising model, around the US (that was then acquired by Eatstreet, Inc. in March 2016).
During his career operating the US companies, David co-founded Hungry Media Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland. Hungry Media has evolved to be a premier senior level engineering team in Eastern Europe servicing clients and agency partnerships throughout the US. Notable clients for Hungry Media include Papa Johns, Veterans Home Care, Silver Screen Bottling and Reign Sapphire Corp.
In March 2015, David founded OPER (Order. Pay. Earn. Redeem) to bring free mobile payment to merchants. With capital from Serra Ventures and a number of strategic investors, OPER was able to build out a robust payments platform currently being licensed to several growing industries.
David’s specific skills include sales management and training, marketing and digital strategy, technology strategy, small-cap financing strategies and accounting, financial modeling and operational efficiency. David holds a BS degree in Management and International Business from Pennsylvania State University and a minor in Engineering from Imperial College in London.
